Shipping is not included in the price of the product, but in a effort to keep
shipping costs low, we ship at our cost. You will be emailed the cost.

Racks, Plaques, and More, Inc. believes that confidential information should remain confidential.  We only use your personal information for the purpose of filling your orders, offering you specials, and advising you of new products as they become available.  We will never sell or share your personal information with other companies.

Product Return Policy:  

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if for any reason you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 days of your receipt of the product, for a full refund or product exchange.  To receive credit, the item(s) must be returned to us in new/undamaged condition.  Please repack carefully, and insure the item for its full value when returning.  We do not reimburse for shipping.  

To Return: 

Please repackage carefully with the original packing materials in the original box.  Enclose your invoice, or a copy of the invoice.  Please insure the contents for their full value, and mail to:  Racks, Plaques, and More, Inc.  PO Box 490  Leavenworth, WA 98826 

Damaged Product: 

We carefully pack all products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a product that has been damaged in route, let us know immediately, we will take care of replacement and all costs associated with replacement.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cashiers Checks.  All payments must be made in US dollars.

Product completion timetable:

As our products are handcrafted, please allow 2 weeks for completion of your order, plus shipping time.  If the product that you are ordering is in stock, we will ship it immediately.  Please allow an average of 6 days for shipping. 

Christmas Orders: 

Orders placed by October 1^st will be guaranteed Christmas delivery.  Orders placed after that date will be filled only if product is in stock.  If you place an order that is unable to be filled for Christmas, you will be advised immediately, and offered a backorder date after Christmas.  As our product is handcrafted, this has happened every year, so please ORDER EARLY! 

Sales tax: 

Sales tax will applied to all orders placed within the state of Washington. (8.0%)
